How do I change my site?
Most changes, like services, photos, hours and your team, are made in Gallop Admin, your business app. For bigger changes, you can keep talking to Gallop.
Where is my business app?
Open admin.9horsemen.com/yourname in any browser, on your phone or computer. You can also add it to your home screen.
How much does Gallop cost?
It's free to build and try. After the free period there's one plan, Stride, priced for your country. See pricing for the current price where you are.
How do I cancel?
There's no contract. Open Plan & add-ons in the business app on the web and manage your billing from there, or email us.
Can I use my own domain?
Your site starts at yourname.gallop.page. To use a domain you already own, email hello@9horsemen.com and we'll attach it.
Who owns my data, and can I take it with me?
You own your business data. The owner can download everything the business has stored from the business app at any time. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and your business's data. See our privacy policy for details.
