What it fixes on a busy day.
Serious jobs and tyre-kickers
Your own questions, like the rough budget and when they want it done, tell you which requests to price first.
Changes before they sign
Customers ask for changes online instead of ringing. Send an updated quote, and every version is kept.
Ordering materials before the money's in
Add a deposit to the quote. The customer is emailed the deposit invoice when they accept, and the app shows what's paid and what's owed.
Jobs that take a week or more
Book an accepted job across several days at the customer's address, and each day shows on your calendar.

What builders ask before they start.
Is Gallop software for builders?
Yes. Gallop gives your business a website where customers ask for a quote with photos of the job, plus a business app to send prices, book jobs and invoice.
Can I ask about budget and timing?
Yes. Add up to five questions of your own, like "What's your rough budget?" as a choice or "When do you want it done?" as a date.
Can I itemise a quote?
Not yet. A quote is one price, with a message where you can explain what's included.
How long a job can I book?
Book it as whole days plus hours, up to nine days in one go, and each day goes on your calendar as its own booking at the customer's address.
Can I get an app just for my crew?
Yes. Gallop can also build a crew app with no public website, for your jobs, clients and gear. Describe it that way when you start.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your business the way you'd tell a new customer: the work you do, the areas you cover and how you price. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
How much does Gallop cost for a builder?
Free until 21 January 2027. Then it's $12/month in United States, a founding members price you keep while you stay subscribed, with no contract.
