What it fixes on a busy day.
Pricing a job you haven't seen
Customers add photos and answer your own questions, like what's leaking and where, so you can price the job before you drive out.
Quotes that go quiet
Send the price by email. Customers accept, decline or ask for changes online, and the app shows whose turn it is on every quote.
Chasing the deposit
Add a deposit to the quote. When the customer accepts, they're emailed the deposit invoice, and you mark it paid when it comes in.
Jobs that run over a day
Book an accepted job at the customer's address, across several days if it needs them, and it shows on your calendar and your phone's.

What plumbers ask before they start.
Is Gallop software for plumbers?
Yes. Gallop gives your plumbing business a website where customers ask for a quote with photos of the job, plus a business app to send prices, book jobs and invoice, all from your phone.
Can customers send photos of the job?
Yes. Your quote form asks for photos of the job, up to 10. You choose how many and whether they're needed before a customer can send the request.
Can I ask my own questions?
Yes. Add up to five questions of your own, like "Is it a leak or a blockage?" or "How soon do you need it done?", as a short answer, a choice, yes or no, a number or a date.
How do customers accept a quote?
They open the quote from your email and accept it, decline it or ask for changes. You're emailed their answer, and an accepted quote is ready to book.
Can I take a deposit?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote, and the customer is emailed a deposit invoice when they accept. They pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card in person, and you mark it paid. Paying by card online isn't available yet.
Can I book a job that takes more than a day?
Yes. Book it as whole days plus hours, and each day goes on your calendar as its own booking at the customer's address.
Can I send invoices?
Yes. Send deposit and job invoices by email from the app, record what's paid, and see what's still owed and what's overdue.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your business the way you'd tell a new customer: the work you do, the areas you cover and how you price. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
How much does Gallop cost for a plumber?
