Is Gallop software for car detailers?
Yes. Gallop gives your business a website where customers book a package or ask for a quote, plus a business app for bookings, quotes, invoices and payments.
Can customers book some jobs and ask for a quote on others?
Yes. Standard packages book online at a free time, and bigger jobs go through your quote form with photos of the car.
Can I ask about the car on the quote form?
Yes. Add up to five questions of your own, like the make and model or whether it's been coated before.
Can I take a deposit on a big job?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote, and the customer is emailed a deposit invoice when they accept. They pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card in person, and you mark it paid.
Does it send booking reminders?
Yes. Customers get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder email before the appointment.
Do I need to be technical?
