What tattoo studios ask before they start.
Is Gallop tattoo studio software?
Yes. Gallop gives your studio a website where clients book sessions or ask for a custom quote, plus a business app for bookings, quotes, deposits and in-person payments.
Can clients send reference photos?
Yes. Your quote form takes up to 10 photos, and you choose how many and whether they're needed.
Can I take a deposit for a custom piece?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote, and the client is emailed a deposit invoice when they accept. They pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card in the studio, and you mark it paid. Paying by card online isn't available yet.
Can clients choose their artist?
Yes. Each artist has their own hours and time off, and clients pick an artist when they book a session.
Can I keep consent forms or medical details?
No. Gallop doesn't store health or medical details (like allergies, injuries or pregnancy), ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. That information has stricter privacy rules, and keeping it out protects you and your customers. Use a system built for health records for that part.
Can my website show my Instagram?
Your website links to your social pages, and photos you post from your phone go in your gallery. It doesn't pull in your Instagram posts.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your studio the way you'd tell a new client: your style, artists, prices and how you take custom work. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
