Is Gallop software for cleaning businesses?
Yes. Gallop gives your cleaning business a website where customers book a clean or ask for a quote, plus a business app for bookings, quotes, your team's hours and invoices, all from your phone.
Can customers book some cleans and ask for a quote on others?
Yes. Standard cleans book online at a time your team is free, and bigger jobs, like an end-of-tenancy clean, go through your quote form.
Can I ask about bedrooms, bathrooms and pets?
Yes. Add up to five questions of your own to the quote form, and customers can add photos of the job too.
Can customers book a regular weekly clean?
Not as a repeating booking yet. Each clean is booked on its own, by the customer online or by you in the app.
Does it send booking reminders?
Yes. Customers get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder email before the clean.
Can I take a deposit on a big job?
Yes. Add a deposit to the quote, and the customer is emailed a deposit invoice when they accept. They pay by bank transfer, or by cash or card in person, and you mark it paid.
Do I need to be technical?
