Is Gallop barbershop software?
Yes. Gallop gives your shop a website where clients book online, plus a business app for bookings, clients, barbers' hours and in-person payments, all from your phone.
Can clients choose their barber?
Yes. Each barber has their own hours and time off, and clients pick a barber and a free time when they book online.
Does it send booking reminders?
Yes. Clients get an email confirmation when they book and an email reminder before the appointment.
Can I take walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are checked out in the business app, by cash or on your own card terminal, alongside the day's bookings. There's no live walk-in queue on the website yet.
Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?
Not yet. Gallop doesn't take payments online, so there are no deposits or prepayment. Payment is taken in the shop.
Can I show photos of my cuts?
Yes. Your website has a gallery to show your work.
Do I need to be technical?
