Is Gallop beauty salon software?
Yes. Gallop gives your studio a website where clients book online, plus a business app for bookings, clients, therapists' hours and in-person payments, all from your phone.
Can clients choose their therapist?
Yes. Each therapist has their own hours and time off, and clients pick a therapist and a free time when they book online.
Can treatments take different lengths of time?
Yes. Each treatment has its own length, so a brow tidy and a full set book the time they actually need.
Does it send booking reminders?
Yes. Clients get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder email before the appointment.
Can I keep notes on skin conditions or allergies?
No. Gallop doesn't store health or medical details (like allergies, injuries or pregnancy), ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. That information has stricter privacy rules, and keeping it out protects you and your customers. Use a system built for health records for that part.
Can I show photos of my work?
Yes. Post a photo of your nails, brows or lashes from your phone and it's in your website's gallery straight away.
Can I take deposits to stop no-shows?
Not yet. Gallop doesn't take payments online, so there are no deposits or prepayment. Payment is taken in the studio.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your studio the way you'd tell a new client: your treatments, prices, therapists and hours. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
