What personal trainers ask before they start.
Is Gallop software for personal trainers?
Yes. Gallop gives you a website where clients book 1:1 sessions online, plus a business app for your diary, clients and in-person payments, all from your phone.
Can I sell session packs?
Not yet. Gallop doesn't sell packs, memberships or prepaid sessions. Each session is booked on its own and paid in person.
Can I run group classes?
Not yet. Online booking is for 1:1 sessions, one client per time slot. Classes where many people book the same time are planned.
Can I record injuries or health conditions?
No. Gallop doesn't store health or medical details (like allergies, injuries or pregnancy), ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. That information has stricter privacy rules, and keeping it out protects you and your customers. Use a system built for health records for that part.
Does it send session reminders?
Yes. Clients get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder email before the session.
Will sessions show in my phone's calendar?
Yes. You get a private link that adds your bookings to Apple, Google or Outlook calendar, and new bookings show up there on their own.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your training the way you'd tell a new client: your sessions, prices and hours. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
