What physios ask before they start.
Is Gallop physio practice software?
Gallop gives your practice a website with online booking, plus a business app for the diary, clients' contact details and in-person payments. It isn't a clinical records system.
Can I keep treatment notes?
No. Gallop doesn't store health or medical details (like allergies, injuries or pregnancy), ID numbers or other sensitive personal information. That information has stricter privacy rules, and keeping it out protects you and your customers. Use a system built for health records for that part.
Can an assessment and a follow-up take different times?
Yes. Each kind of appointment has its own length and price.
Can clients choose their physio?
Yes. Each physio has their own hours and time off, and clients pick a physio and a free time when they book online.
Can it lodge ACC or insurance claims?
No. Gallop doesn't connect to ACC or health insurers, so claims stay in your practice system.
Does it send appointment reminders?
Yes. Clients get a confirmation email when they book and a reminder email before the appointment.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Describe your practice the way you'd tell a new client: your appointment types, prices, physios and hours. Gallop asks a few questions and builds the rest.
